Refund policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ekaima Beauty.

We accept goods for returns in an unused condition within 30 days of purchase, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. To initiate a return please contact support@ekaimabeauty.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. You will be credited less shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@ekaimabeauty.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
