Ekaima Beauty is proud to offer shipping services that currently operate in the USA and Canada. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 2 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

We ship out orders everyday Monday - Friday excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2pm EST are shipped next business day. If order is placed before 2:00pm EST will be shipped out same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Sometimes some orders are shipped out on Saturdays. Most orders will arrive 1-5 business days after purchase.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free within the USA on orders over $50.  

Domestic Shipping Policy

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your property based off your country of origin. Please use this table as a reference for Shipping to your Country. Please keep in mind, that processing can take 2-3 business days. In most instances, we ship the next business day.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us at support@ekaimabeauty.com. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@ekaimabeauty.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Ekaima Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Ekaima Beauty is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Ekaima Beauty will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
